Actually there are many reason that cause this problem, to solve the problem you can try the following solution:
• Disable IPv6 on old network cards / routers and assigning a static IP address to the network card IPv4
- Disable IPv6
Open Network Connections from Start > Control Panel > Network Connections
Right-click your active network connection and select Properties
Uncheck the following from the “This connection uses the following items” list
o Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6)
o Link-Layer Topology Discovery Mapper I/O Driver
o Link-Layer Topology Discovery Responder
- Assigning a static IP address to the network card IPv4
Select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) and press Properties
Choose “Use the following IP address” and then provide your IP address, Subnet mask, Default gateway, Preferred DNS Server in the available text fields. Press OK to confirm changes.
Right click your active network connection, try to disable and re-enable the network connection
• If you have Installed 3rd party software ex : Antivirus/Firewall software try temporary disable any Anti-Virus/Firewall software to see if the problem is resolved. You can also read the manual from the Vendor about configuration the software.
• Try to Re-Installed network adapter drivers, if it doesn’t work try to find if there is an Update for your network adapter drivers.
