Usually creating new user in Windows XP is using Control Panel->User Accounts->Create a new account, but do you know if you can create new account user using command prompt?
Ok, Follow the steps below to create new user using CMD Command:
1. Click Start ->Run-> type “cmd”
2. In command prompt window type “ C:\net user %username% /add “ .
Change %username% with account user that you want to create, then Press Enter
3. If the process success the there is a message “The command completed successfully “
4. You can check your new user account in Control Panel
How to delete account user using CMD Command
1. Click Start ->Run-> type “cmd”
2. In command prompt window type “ C:\net user %username% /delete “ .
3. If the process success the there is a message “The command completed successfully “

System error 5 has occurred.
No access.
Is this because I'm not the admin account? In this case, it is possible to do this without being admin?
