As per the new terms & conditions made by Google Adsense April 8, 2009, Google is requiring AdSense publishers to update their privacy policy with information about Google use of cookies for serving advertisements and how visitors can opt-out of those cookies. (Read the latest Google TOS).

How to add Privacy Policy on your Blog
After generating Privacy Policy for your blog you can add this to your blog by create a New Post like usualy you want to create new article.
Tips : Use Post option to set up the date of published to the date when you first start using the blog so the article doesn’t appear on the main page
After publishing the post, you get a direct link something like http://yourblog.blogspot.com/2009/06/privacy-policy.html, Copy that link and go to Layout > Add a gadget > Links, copied the URL and save the changes. You can also put the Privacy Policy to the Header or Footer on your blog.

I tried this. When I published post, the privacy policy showed up on my front page. You could go though the steps one by one. Step 1-do this. Step 2-do this, etc. That would help people out better. Your info is too vague.
