I try to login and “Safe Mode” but the windows still restart automatically, I try to choose “Last known good configuration (your most recent setting that worked)” but it come with the same result.
Because I don’t have much time to find the error and my client also said that in the computer there is no important data then I choose to repair or reinstall the window.
During the text-mode portion of Windows Setup, suddenly the processes stop and there is Blue screen of death (BSOD) with an error Message The file I386\Ntkrnlmp.exe could not be loaded. The error code is 7

From the message error I know the problem is in Hardware. From my experience to fix this error I should check the RAM first. Then I try to remove one of the memory ( the computer that I fixed have 2 RAM). After that I try to boot the computer then..the computer can login Normally!.
The conclusion of the PC problem is in RAM, in my case an error “The file I386\Ntkrnlmp.exe could not be loaded. The error code is 7” can be resolve after remove the broken RAM. If you find the same computer problem like me, please try to check your RAM First :)
