If in your hotspot area using WPA2 Encrypted Wi-Fi Network, some of your Windows XP client computer facing some problem to access the network wifi, especially if your computer still using operation system Win XP SP2
Here’s some step to fixed problem Unable Connect to WPA2 Encrypted Wi-Fi Network in Windows XP SP2:



Solution 1: The simple method is update your system to SP3

Solution2: You can download Windows XP Support Patch for Wi-Fi Protected Access from here  , after install then restart your computer/laptop then try to connect the Wireless network

Solution3: If solution 1 and solution 2 the system still unable to connect to wireless network, you can check the website of the WLAN adapter or wireless card for any new updated WLAN driver that capable of enabling WPA and WPA2 functionality on the WiFi receiver adapter card. Some WLAN adapter may require a firmware update to support WPA and WPA2.
