When I try to create VPN in my office I have some problem to connect 2 Network in different site/city, after reading some tutorial and learn the theory, here’s the work configuration that I used to connect two site with different network and different ISP provider.
In this case I assumed that both site already have Mikrotik configuration that connected to the internet, so the both site already have IP public and IP Local I Think its more easy to explain using Picture, you can follow the step and directly try in your Mikrotik Configuration:
