Stop/Cancel Automatic Renewal of Web Hosting

Automatic Renewal schedule can help us to maintains our domain and hosting, but how about if there is no agreement from us then the web hosting setting auto renew for our domain and hosting?. Its happened to me, When I choose some webhosting I plan to use the hosting only for 1 (one year). But I little bit surprise when I found in my PayPal account there is transfer fund to renew hosting as automatically. Luckily, after complain to PayPal and also to the Webhosting they are refund the money.

If we see, most of the webhosting nowadays, they will setting auto renewal Hosting and domain as default when we register for the first time, so it’s better to us to more carefully to read and check the statement from the web hosting.

If you want to stop/cancel Auto renewal schedule in Web Hosting, you can check to the Control Panel and go to Billing Central. Check the schedule paid and change it to the manual renew if you want to.




Cancel/Stop PayPal automatic payment 
You can also cancel PayPal automatic payment by:
1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click ‘Profile.’
3. Click 'My money.'
4. Click 'Update' besides 'My preapproved payments.'
5. Select the merchant whose agreement you want to cancel and click ‘Cancel.’
6. Click ‘Cancel Profile’ to confirm your request.



Now you can see the status active become inactive

  1. Thanks mate for the head up! Actually renewal of web hosting is good for hosting service but often we don't need renewal though need its protect but most of us can't know whatever this post provides real solution for the situation.
