To leave a group, go to the group and click Icon beside the notification (See the Picture) at the top right corner. Then pick Leave Group from the dropdown menu.

How to Leave a Facebook Group
In Facebook you can join social community which is Facebook has lotof affinity groups, marketing groups, and social groups etc. IF for some reason you need to leave the group here's how to leave a Facebook Group:
To leave a group, go to the group and click Icon beside the notification (See the Picture) at the top right corner. Then pick Leave Group from the dropdown menu.
